Teen Fitness Fall 2024

October 1st- November 21st

Another season of Teen Winter fit! We will be focusing on training for all teens rolling into the winter sports season. Cross-country, hockey, freestyle, downhill. All young athletes will benefit from this Base strength, agility, and stamina progressive series. 8 weeks we will be building off of certain movements to gain strength and stamina. Most benefit is to do the full series, we ease them in and build up to a harder level. Coach's can modify for any physical abilities that need adjustment. Cant wait to see you there!
