Set individualized goals with one-on-one training sessions. Working with a trainer in this setting allows you to focus on your personal goals, whether it be recovering from an injury or specialized training for an event.
Small group training provides a private atmosphere for 2-8 people who want to work together to accomplish the same goals.
Open Gym is available to anyone who wants to use the equipment at Wright Training on their own.

Open Gym Hours: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
