Wright Training's group fitness classes are designed for Strength | Performance | Prevention. Designed to balance out the body for everyday fitness, and improve the general athletes way of life. Our classes are for everybody, altered for individuals specific needs. Led by experienced instructors, these classes are designed to help you reach your fitness goals, whether you aim to enhance endurance or build strength. Our number 1 membership option. Get 9 group classes a month at the most affordable rate. Total of 108 sessions a year, to use as your leisure. Contracts are 1 year, and auto renewing make sure you cancel before your renewal if desiring to do so. A settlement cost of classes used at 15.77/class+ $20/remaining months cancelation fee will be charged for early contract termination. This contract includes open gym membership, Ski fitness and Summer fitness enrollment. If choosing to sign up for either of these special courses all 16 sessions will be used, if attended or not.
9 sessions a month membership for a full year. This is our most flexible punch system. You can use the 108 class punch's at your convenience. If you use them all before the year is up, you're eligible to purchase al a cart for $15.77/class. Or buy a new full year membership.

Small group training is an excellent alternative to the solo workout, where everyone in the class focuses on the same thing and supports each other. Whether you just started working out, or are looking for motivation to get back on track, small group sessions are a great way to stay accountable.

This package includes: 5 x 30-minute personal training sessions with a Wright Training coach 4 functional nutrition sessions with Emily or Devin 1 x 60-min session 3 x 30-min follow-up sessions Nutrition guidance is tailored to your bio-individual goals and needs. *Functional testing cannot be added onto this package

This works great if you need more of a program design and feel like you are getting stuck in the same old routine. The sessions will be programmed to your goals and what equipment you have to work with. October 8th- December 5th
Another season of Teen Winter fit! We will be focusing on training for all teens rolling into the winter sports season. Cross-country, hockey, freestyle, downhill. All young athletes will benefit from this Base strength, agility, and stamina progressive series. 8 weeks we will be building off of certain movements to gain strength and stamina. Most benefit is to do the full series, we ease them in and build up to a harder level. Coach's can modify for any physical abilities that need adjustment. Cant wait to see you there!
SEPTEMBER 30TH!- NOVEMBER 21ST
8-week progression of strength, stamina, and agility. Offered on all M-TH classes in both Victor and Jackson locations. We modify for all physical abilities. Giving everyBODY the opportunity to feel good those first days of shredding on the snow.
This 16-session course builds off of a few movements to encourage strength and stamina in the ski/snowboard specific muscles and joints. We start with a few physical measurements in the beginning using those numbers to build off of. Then we will finish with those same tests to see what kind of gains you found!
All classes are non-refundable, but if you are missing a session we offer zoom, on-demand video, and class hopping to make it up. All gym and zoom enrollment get free On- Demand Video access upon request.
