Teen Fitness Class
June 1 – July 9
The goal is to have each student come out of the 6 weeks cycle a better athlete, but more importantly with the understanding of foundational movement patterns that will help them moving forward.
• A 6-week progression class focusing on skill, strength, and injury prevention.
• Gym and Virtual Classes available
$168 – 6 weeks 2x/week
