The 30 Minute Workout
A lot of time people just need a quick workout or only have time to fit 30 minutes into their day. Instead of just doing a few pushups you can do this workout and get a full body strength workout in 30 minutes! This workout can be done with dumbbells or a barbell. It starts with the barbell complex to warm up the entire body. Then we move into some upper body strength with renegade rows and pull-ups. We then work the lower body with some single leg deadlifts which is great for balance and glute/hamstring strength. Lastly we do some thrusters which in my opinion are one of the greatest total body exercises around. This quick workout ends with some core work. Make sure if you do this you do entire program if you need to cut time just cut rounds!
So no excuses you can always train!
2x Barbell Complex or Dumbell complex
10x Renegade Row
5xea Single Leg Deadlift with barbell or dumbells
10x Russian Twist
10x Jump Lunges
10x Bosu Birddog or on ground
20 sec Supine Plank
10x Up with Twist
