Happy Mid- Summer Athletes!
As a full time school teacher, summer is full of adventures, travel and lots of play time. Even on the road it is fun to workout and move! Movement is the theme for my WOW. Make it work wherever you are- at home, in the gym, on the road. Just move your body each day this week. I recently traveled to Switzerland for a backpack trip with my best friend. We spent our days hiking from hut to hut. It felt wonderful being the mountains each day, hiking new routes. Yes, I was sore, yes my pack felt too heavy at times, and YES, I can’t wait to return. The mountains, the Matterhorn and kind people got me moving. I encourage you to find your happy place: outside, in the gym or on the road and MOVE!
