Sun, sun, sun. The weather has finally started to make a change for the better and the start of June means more sunshine, warmer temps, and the sweet outdoors. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful place and we have plenty of outdoor space to take advantage of. Summertime activities such as biking, climbing, boating, etc can sometimes make it hard to make it into the gym. While it is great to stay active with other activities, don’t let too much time pass between a programmed workout that will keep your body happy and healthy. IF you have been into Wright training before, then you have done the 30/20/10 conditioning. The following is an all bodyweight version, so you can take it to your favorite park, backyard, and whatever your outdoor choice is!
