Try this workout which includes a combination of single leg work. Try and find your center here and apply it to the rest of your life.

4 Rounds Single Leg Work:
Do all 4 movements on one side before switching.
- 8 single leg bridge
- 8 single leg hinge
- 8 drop lunge to knee drive
- 8 curtsy squats
Finish each round w/ 10 hollow rocks and 10 Superman’s
7 Rounds
- 5 pull-ups/trx rows
- 10 cal ski/2 suicides
- 15 air squats
- Rest 1 min
Box Breathing
Find a comfy position, Indian style, laying down,
- 4-second inhale
- 4-second hold
- 4-second exhale
