This is a typical sport maintenance workout that I program during the winter and the summer months. The goal of this workout is to fire all the muscles that we do not use during our sports. For example when we just ski all the time we become week in our stabilizer muscles and upper body thus our mobility decreases. This workout works the entire body, getting a total body exercise with Craig Specials which works on quickness, core and hips stabilizers. Then I work the upper body to open up shoulders that become tight during our work lives and our sports. Lastly I add some corrective Glute work, working each leg and Glute separately. The majority of athletes have week hips and glutes, so it is important to strengthen them with our sports. Lastly we end with some durability work activating the gluteus medias. Enjoy!
