This workout is for wednesday, sept 3rd. 4:15/5:30 Sport Maintenance classes. The purpose of this class is for total body explosive strength, general upper body strength, core & cardio stamina, and lastly hip stability. Workout is by Trainer Adam Dowell.

swing
jumping jacks
push up
sit up
pigeon stretch
6 Rounds
3x single arm kettle bell floor press (each arm)
3/5x pull up (3 women, 5 men)
frog stretch
6 Rounds
3x Curtis P (squat clean, lunge x2, push press)
Shoulder pass through/ up dog stretch
5 Minutes: every minute on the minute effort
8x Kettlebell swing
2x suicide sprint
5 minute: as many rounds as possible
30x sit ups
30x supine rope climber
30 second plank
30x prone breath stroke
1 Round
45 second Jane Fonda (4 zones: up down, heel to butt, clam, circles)
