This work out is designed to tax the glycolytic abilities of the working muscles. The idea is to have short bursts of high intensity exercises that use the stored energy within the muscle. The muscles will fatigue towards the end of the round but we are trying to push our lactate threshold. This will show the body how to use lactate as an energy source and use the energy in the muscles more efficiently.
