City park workouts!
This workout is one that I use for traveling. When you are on the road it is always hard to keep up with your training if you do not have a gym or have limited space. This workout can be done in a hotel room as well! Every city or town usually has a city park that you can go to. It is also a nice way to check out different cities as well. This program is a mix of strength, balance and work capacity. This is around 45 min long and you can always cut the rounds down if you are short on time! It is amazing what kind of workout you can get in 10 minutes.
warm-up: 10 to 1 countdown
squats, situps, lateral boundsx2
4 rounds
10x walk lunges (in place if in small space)
8x broad jumps ( jump squats if limited on space)
30 sec balance on each leg
4 rounds
10x dips (find a bench)
20x calf raises
instep stretch
10 rounds: every minute on the minute
6x touch jump touch
4x burpees
2 rounds
30 sec jane fonda ( helps after long sits)
