This week we progressed the leg blasters a little more moving from 6 mini leg blasters to adding 2 full leg blasters into the mix. We also did our first skier hops of the class where people wore their skis or snowboards and hopped back and forth on their skis/snowboards for 30 seconds and then held their tuck for 30 seconds and rested for 15 sec, this was repeated for 6 rounds. Also on this same day we did what I call a “test” or “measurement”, which was a six rounds for time of 4-5 exercises that relate to skiing. This will then be re-tested at the end class to mark peoples improvement. It is amazing how much stronger everyone already has become over the last couple weeks!
