Q: Tell us about yourselves.
We have lived in the valley since the 1970s and have always pursued outdoor fun – skiing, climbing, mountaineering (Steve), running, hiking, tennis, windsurfing – as our careers, kids, and work schedules allowed!
Now that we are a bit older and retired :>), we are continuing to stay active and enjoying skiing five days a week!
Q: What brought you to Wright Training?
Steve knew Crystal from ski racing, and when she started her training career, Steve knew her background would be a match for his goals of fitness. Pam joined when she retired.
Q: How has training at Wright Training impacted your athletic endeavors?
We both are stronger, fitter, and recover more quickly. For us, our mobility and overall health has improved too.
Q: How has training at Wright Training impacted other parts of your life?
Being fit makes us happy!

JOIN! Start at your comfort level (Crystal is excellent at this), and then you will be hooked.

Crystal is super talented at matching and mixing workouts tailored to you. She also has great trainers (like Max) so that you know you always will get a great workout!
