Ski and snowboard fitness class is just around the corner! This series is an 8-week progressive class that will focus on strengthening the core, legs and stabilizers, and will increase your mobility and durability. This class is aimed at injury prevention and making you stronger for those top to bottom runs. Chances of ACL injuries can be reduced 30% just through strengthening the body correctly! Each session will consist of either strength and stabilizer building or work capacity and stamina. With all four of these training building blocks, you should be ready for your winter sports! And this class is not just beneficial to the skiers and snowboarders out there, it will also help out with any winter activity you’re planning to enjoy because you don’t have to worry about being in shape! This class is open to all abilities and modifications can easily be made for anyone coming off an injury.
