Ski & Snowboard Fitness

The ground may be dry but the 2018 ski and snowboard season is just around the corner! Wright Training is prepared to get you strong and durable for the winter in an 8-week progression workshop. The progression incorporates vital exercises to get your body in shape to get down the mountain fast and leave you eager for more.

How it Works

  • Classes begin September 24th and continue to November 15th
  • Classes occur 2 x a week on Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays (16 total classes)
  • Class times are offered several times throughout the day so you can pick the one that best fits
    your schedule.

The full Ski and Snowboard progression cost $224 (Pro-rating available if you can’t make it to all 16 classes)

Option Two:

Come get a few classes under your belt before the progression with the 5 punch + Ski Fit Combo for $300
