Design your own workout
We are starting off spring with a contest aimed at keeping you in shape and supporting local businesses! We want to encourage our clients not only to stay in shape, but also to learn how to design effective workouts for themselves and others!
Our prize for the winners is designed around supporting our local businesses during this tough time. Winners of the May challenge will receive:

How it Works
The goal for the workout you design is spring readiness and injury prevention. Consider the common activities people engage in and what muscles they need to strengthen and stretch. Design a 60 minute workout based around these needs. The workout can include all equipment normally accessible in the gym. We will also do the winners workout once we get back to the gym!
How to Enter
- Email your full workout to Wrighttrain@gmail.com by May 31st to be eligible. Your coaching staff will look over the submissions and choose the winners.
- Judges criteria will be based off effectiveness for spring sports, injury prevention and creativity.
