Halloween Spooktacular Workout
This week’s scary workout celebrates Halloween while providing a total body workout, focusing on dynamic and powerful movements. The strength sets at the beginning of the workout target both upper and lower body and the 10 minute work capacity at the end provides a 10 minute effort targeted at raising the heart rate and recovering quickly, increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
