
45 second tuck holds after 45 seconds of lateral hopping.
This week we continued to progress the leg blasters and the duration of time with the skier hops and hold. We did 45 seconds of hopping and 45 seconds of hold with 30 seconds of recovery. This we did for 8 rounds, which was very challenging for everyone. We also worked on the squat cleans again and everyone increased their strength and their movement also improved.
