7 Moves to Get you Fit For Day 1 On The Slopes!
Outside Magazine recently came to Wright Training to see what all of the excitment was about for ski fitness. Every October Wright Training prepares their athletes for ski season with an 8 week progressive ski fit specific program. This program entials a few signature exercises that we build on over the 8 weeks to increase strength, stamina, and overall fitness levels to prepare for the season ahead.
In Jackson October-November is also “off-season” which serves as prime time for travel and adventure.
