Growing up in Whitefish, Montana Michelle developed a great fondness for the outdoors at a young age. She finds peace while expressing herself through outdoor activities; primarily rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, and gardening.
Michelle initially used Pilates as a kickstart to rehabilitation following a series of spinal injuries. After practicing for a short time she felt the amazing benefits in her core strength as well as stability and flexibility of the spine, which improved her performance and helped protect her body during outdoor pursuits. She truly believes in the work of Pilates and its use to rehabilitate and strengthen all bodies and is excited to share her knowledge with others.
