At Wright Training our goals are to provide the best possible care to our clients to get them back to their sport or activity as soon as possible. We work with other professionals in the field to get you through all the steps to be able to physically and mentally return back to your sport. Located in the Wright Training building we have Excel Physical Therapy and Studio J Pilates. The goal is for us to work together in preventing your injuries and getting you back to sport with good movement and strength.

Discover your best self with the help of Professional Athlete Jess McMillan, a talented Pilates instructor and World Champion at Studio J in Jackson, Wyoming. Jess loves the fact that she is able to teach strength-enhancing exercises that enable people to feel stronger, healthier, and happier.
As a professional athlete, Jess knows what it takes to be at the top of your game. She believes that Pilates is a great complementary approach to injury recovery and balanced health and wellness. She was certified by Body Arts in Science International in 2011.
Jess is a walking example of how Pilates can help balance out the body after having an injury. She was a part of the “Reach for Greatness” marketing campaign by BASI Pilates™. Because of her very outgoing personality, she has been showcased in Pilates Magazine and became: Freeskiing World Tour Champion, US Free Skiing Champion, Warren Miller Entertainment Cover Girl, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Ambassador.
Erin Downey, PT, DPT, CCRT
After 5 years, she moved to the outpatient setting where she found a new love of orthopedics helping patients after surgeries, injuries and returning to the sports they enjoy.
Since arriving in Jackson, Erin has enjoyed the outdoor mountain lifestyle including downhill skiing, nordic skiing, trail running and mountain biking. She enjoys the challenge of high altitude organic gardening, raising chickens, spending time with her dogs and training for triathlons. Amy Harmon – PT, DPT
Hi, I’m Amy Harmon. Prior to obtaining my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota, I graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming, where I majored in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, and minored in Psychology.
I am a dynamic physical therapist and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual patient needs. I incorporate a mixture of manual and traditional therapies, as well as non-traditional rehabilitation methods. I am skilled in various areas of physical therapy including outpatient orthopedics, neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, as well as acute care. I have worked with patients ranging from high-performing athletes and golfers to those recovering from a stroke and living with conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease. Here at Excel, I am offering a rehab program specifically designed for treating and preventing golf specific injuries.
I am also currently pursuing advanced continuing education in vestibular rehabilitation and a Strain-Counterstrain (SCS) certification from the Jones Institute.
I am a Jackson Hole native, and therefore I am naturally a sports and nature enthusiast. I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and paddleboarding.

Michelle Gannon – Balance Body Certified, Barre Certified
Michelle has been practicing Pilates since 2007 and certified since 2011. She studied with master-trainer and faculty member Tom McCook. Michelle moved on to operate her own Pilates business in California, Texas and most recently, the Caribbean. As a Pilates trainer, Michelle focuses on the mind-body connection to help her clients develop the balance, strength, and flexibility that will assist them not only in their athletic endeavors but in their everyday movement in life. She has worked with every level of fitness, from the professional athlete to the weekend warrior to those who are just beginning their fitness journey.
